Message types include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service reminders, follow-ups, and related communications.
- To opt out: Text STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us after that confirmation.
- To rejoin: Simply sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations
We will confirm your scheduled appointment by phone, email, or SMS. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at (303) 579-8309 or kevindeanolson@gmail.com. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Customer Responsibilities

On The Move is licensed and insured. In the event of damage to property caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the terms of our insurance coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items you declined to have us pack, or damage resulting from conditions you did not disclose at the time of booking.
