How far in advance should I book my move?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak moving season (May-September). However, we understand that sometimes moves happen quickly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! We are fully licensed and insured throughout Colorado. Your belongings are protected throughout the entire moving process.
How do you calculate moving costs?
Our pricing is based on several factors including the size of your move, distance, number of movers needed, and any special items or services required. We provide free, no-obligation quotes so you know exactly what to expect with no hidden fees.
Do you provide packing services?
Yes! We offer full packing services, partial packing, or just the heavy items—whatever you need. We also have packing materials available for purchase if you prefer to pack yourself.
What items can't you move?
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport hazardous materials including propane tanks, paint, chemicals, ammunition, or explosives. Perishable food items are also not recommended for long-distance moves.
Do you move specialty items like pianos or safes?
Absolutely! We have the equipment and expertise to safely move heavy and delicate specialty items. Depending on the size of the piano, we can handle upright pianos. We also move safes, gun safes, and more.
What's included in your junk removal service?
Our junk removal service includes everything from furniture and appliances to yard waste and construction debris. We’ll haul away just about anything you need gone, and we do our best to donate or recycle items whenever possible.
Do I need to be present during the move?
We recommend being present at both the pickup and delivery locations, but if that’s not possible, we can work with you to make alternative arrangements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Payment is typically due upon completion of the move.
Do you offer storage solutions?
Yes! We can help coordinate short-term or long-term storage solutions if there’s a gap between your move-out and move-in dates.

Do you offer weekend and evening moves?
Yes! We understand that not everyone can move during standard business hours. We offer flexible scheduling including weekends and evenings.
How long will my move take?
The duration depends on the size of your home, amount of belongings, and distance. A typical 2-bedroom apartment might take 4-6 hours, while larger homes take longer. We’ll provide an estimated timeline when we give you your quote.
